I booked a ola cab one day morning from vadodara to vasad. The driver called and asked the destination. Later he himself decided not to go and also did not inform me. On calling him again he is telling me that I cancelled the trip. Later I got a message that too not a cancellation one but completed one. Now if you guys don’t wanna run the business then why the hell are you trying to do it and people are suffering for it.
