Few days back itself when I visited for Hyderabad city I booked Ola Cab to reach my destination for interview from the railways station.
Actually I have very less time to reach the place where I have the interview. So I preferred Ola and I got acknowledgement through SMS that Cab driver is very near and will arrive soon in 5 minutes and they provided me a mobile number of the driver of the cab.
I waited for more than 10 minutes, the cab has not arrived as they mentioned that they will arrive in five minutes only. I waited for 5 minutes more and found that I m being late. I called to that number they messaged me. It was being engaged for the entire 4 times I called.
As I am getting late, I went through Auto to my interview place. I felt really horrible with their service. This is really bad as it causes problem for the people who need immediate response as to travel soon. Big Thumbs Down.
