I had a worst experience with OLA Cabs when I travelledn in Salem. If you want a taxi at certain time forget OLA Cabs because you wont get unless a cab is around your area at that particular time. It is not suitable for Tour Guide Expertise because they will not take to the particular place at right time. Travelling in OLA Cabs is not really convenient when we go for a long travel and one of kind advice is that do not book OLA Cabs customer service is very poor.
