Yeah You are damn correct, I am in a bit of love with Ola Cabs. I used to use Meru Cabs(Yeah We will not rely on you)and taxi For Sure(Not so sure?) until now, because I don’t use taxi that often, max two or three times in a year. So I have apps of them. Apparently one has made me believe that really, I don’t have to RELY ON THEM from now on and the other made me believe that I won’t get my taxi for sure with them.
With Ola Cabs, the mobile app makes it all easy and good lord, their prices and discounts do attract the soul out of you. The app said our sedan will be there in two minutes at our pick up point and bang on, it was. No hassle. Fast confirmation of cab with details of the cab and its driver in a SMS in a moment. A little of efforts has to be put up by Ola cabs to educate their drivers about all the places and routes that their customers would like them to go to.
A little about the app, it is really user friendly and catchy too see, but one addition if the developers at Ola Cabs could hear me through this review is that please ask for pick up point somewhere on the screen. Sometimes, the internet connection fails and the map shows the last pick up point, and in a hurry, the user won’t check it and end up calling the cab to somewhere else when he/she is standing somewhere else to be picked up. I hope I made my point clear.
I WILL RECOMMEND OLA CABS ON ANY FINE DAY IN BANGALORE. They are awesome. Ole Ole Ola. Keep the good work going and better even, keep the discounts coming our way. Pun intended! Go Ola!
