I’ve used Ola Cab services in Pune(where I stay) and Chennai. So far, the experience has been positive. The cabs are well maintained and the chauffeurs are well behaved. As far as timeliness is concerned, I’ve not had any cause for concern.
What I like about Ola Cabs is that they are forthright. If they don’t have cabs available, they let me know straightaway. I’ve seen people complaining about Ola Money and so on. I have frankly not used this offer so wouldn’t be able to comment.
Pune also has another similar service called Traveltime and boy oh boy, they are bad! You can never be sure if the cab would arrive till you actually board it. Compared to these guys, Ola is definitely a far superior choice.
