I booked Ola Cabs two times. 1st time I was waiting with my mom and dad at Bangalore City Railway station. The cab didn’t arrived at all. No SMS no reply, just it didnt came. I booked some cab on the spot and came then. Second item I had to go to catch my flight. This time also I thought that sometimes it happens like that, So again booked Ola Cabs. I said to them that at least this time I will get the cab I hope. They said yes you will get your cab on time.
Suddenly at the time of arrival of cab they called and said that cab is not available. **"how the hell cab is not available if I have booked already "** I have to run and get some other alternative on the way to reach airport.
