I availed OLA cab services for a very short distance(4 km). They provide very good cabs(all are AC). Charges are much less - Rs 150 minimum. I booked the cab on phone. The customer service representatives were very good and helpful.
On one occasion I wanted the cab immediately and they sent it to me in 20 min. They don’t deny services for short distances like other cab services and don’t cancel the booking at the last minute.
Unlike other cab services OLA never say that the booking would be confirmed on availability at the last minute. They keep their word and if the booking is confirmed, you are sure to get the cab. They are very prompt with messages and send you the details of the driver at least 30 min prior to your journey. The drivers are also very good and very polite. Best cab service ever.
They also send the receipt to your mail id.
I would say, OLA is the best CAB in Mumbai.
