Ola Cabs is an unreliable service. They confirmed our booking (no. 2184878) of taxi at 4:15 pm for pickup from Jayanagar and drop at B’lore city station at 10:00 pm. When we didn’t receive the taxi details at 9:30 pm and called them the call center said they are overbooked and can’t send a cab. That too, when heavy rain had started just 5 mins before. The call center kept repeating apologies for inconvenience like a parrot, without any action to get us a cab.
We had to rush to get auto and almost missed the train at 10:40 pm.
Don’t trust Ola Cabs for any time critical requirement.
