Yesterday, I booked a movie at inox cinema.
To reach there, I requested ola cab before 20 minutes of the show. But the Ola driver came after 10 minutes and instead of sharing his location and informing me, he parked his car about 100 meters away from which I standing.
I call him several times and he answered my call on fifth attempt. then he said that he is here.
And then I started my ride with Ola and reached almost 5 minutes late to my destination. and best thing is that the AC of the car is not working In the hot hours of the day as per the promise of the company.
So I am facing very inconvenient experience with Ola Cabs in Hot summer.
