Today I am going to share a personal experience. Before I start I want to tell that today was the first time I was using Ola. Today I booked a cab for myself and I had a coupon code which made me eligible for Rs.50 off on my first ride but when I booked a cab and got into it the driver asked me for the full money and when I called up the customer care they told that your coupon will not be used because you have booked cab under ola share.
If this was the terms & conditions they should have told me before hand. Also the cab driver was very slow.
Worst experience with Ola. Will never use it again.
