In today’s world Cab services are on a prime. The Ola Cabs is one of the biggies in this department but what they do is unfair. First of all they do advertisement for Ola Micro.not even small but a big propaganda of cars running at Rs6/km. But seriously when you go to book it, you will never get a Ola micro but instead the drivers have a choice to fall in a particular category so they always opt for normal cars and earn more profits of Rs 8 or 10 per km. So Ola has no control over its categories. Also I remember when I was in Bangalore I booked a cab and what I see after 10 minutes neither the driver called me nor he came. So then why did’nt Ola puts a penalty on the driver and if we cancel a ride they put a penalty of Rs 80 on the next trip. So never use Ola instead you can use UBER which does not do unfair means.
