I booked Ola cab on 2nd April for dropping at airport on 4th April @10 AM. as I had to catch flight @12 in the noon. I got the booking confirmation with CRN: 72271243. On 4th April @ 9:30 AM, I got detail of the cab and driver. But after few minutes, I got call from driver that they can not provide pickup for my location as this location is beyond their pickup area.
For this location other service providers like MERU or UBER dont have any problem in picking up. I called the customer service and their reply was the same. I would like get explAnasultantion why they confirmed booking if my location was not in their pickup coverage area.
And why they denied pickup after sending me details of cab and driver. And that denial came just 20 minutes before pickup while I was trusting on Ola cab to drop me at airport on time so that I dont miss my flight. Why the didnt informed me in these 2 days that my location is not in their pickup service area as it was booked 2 days earlier with pickup location clearly on the map.
So what kind of business ethics Ola cab follow and what amount of responsibility they carry? Is this their business policy to deny service at last moment? It is for sure that Im never going to use Ola cab service again in future nor advice friends and family to use their services.
