I booked the Cab on 26th Oct evening somewhere around 8 pm for next day drop ie 27 Oct from Vaishali(Ghaziabad) to Delhi Sarai Rollia Railway station @ 7:30 am. When I called up the customer care, he confirmed that cab was booked and provided the booking number CRN 13624648.
I was informed that the name and number of the driver would only be shared with me 30 minutes before the ride. So I checked my cell at 7 am and nothing was shared with me. I called up customer care and they informed me cab will be late by somewhere 10-15 mins, I was ok with this delayed. I also informed that no cab details and driver details was not received.
They communicated that just now they had sent me. I checked my cell and got the driver details. I called up the driver(Abhishek 8373998018 HR 38 S 2061) and he told me that he was at IGI airport. Customer care are so pathetic they think Car is like helicopter which will fly and cover the distance of 45km in 10-15 mins. Bloodly hell OLA. I called up customer care again and informed the same details how the cab will reach at my place and cover the F*king 45km distance in 10 mins.
Then customer care informed me that they had arranged another cab for me and got the details for the same. Now this time driver(Vinod DL 1 YD 7715). I put the customer care on hold and called up Vinod. He informed me he was near by and will reach in 15 mins. I was ok with that. After 15 mins I called up Vinod and checked where was he. He informed me that cab was cancelled from the OLA office.
Finally I had to take my car to railway station to drop my parents. Such a pathetic service that they never ever willing to communicate to the customer. I have already posted this to many social sites to that the people will come to know about the OLA better. Please do NOT trust OLA at all. They have a very very UNRELIABLE service.WORST SERVICE.
