Ive been using Ola Cabs for a long time, but recently the experience has become very bad. Drivers are demanding extra money, and if we refuse to pay, they pressure us to cancel the ride. Most drivers drive unsafely about 90% of them are using mobile phones while driving. It feels totally unsafe to travel with Ola now.
Their behavior is rude, and theres a lot of unwanted conversation. In some cases, drivers even force us to get down before reaching the destination. Ive been facing these issues repeatedly in recent days.
