I am a frequent traveller. I am here sharing my experience with the ola cabs service in mumbai. I booked ola from dadar atleast 30 mins before.When I was at church gate I booked ola from dadar to Ltt, I reached dadar by 1400 hrs but the ola driver was not picking my call so I tried calling many times but he didn’t received my call.I waited there for atleast 10 minutes then again I called and he picked he said he is coming within 5 minutes. But again no one came. Then ride automatically got cancelled. They wrote sorry for inconvenience and said to book again.Then I booked one another private taxi and finally went to LttAfter I reached Ltt then after 5 mins I received call from driver that he’s there. Fortunately I caught my train just5 min prior to departure.It was my worst experience with ola cabs
