Does the job but interface doesn’t work sometimes. As in, the’Ride Now’ button won’t work or the ride choice buttons(Mini, Sedan etc.) won’t show up or two cabs will get booked and it has happened that sometimes the driver doesn’t receive my details at all! Ola support is quite helpful in resolving issues, however, the app needs strong improvement.
