The driver was a cheat and a very rude person. Did not have the manners to speak to women. He was blocked for a 22 kms journey. We were two women travelling. We needed to go to the drop location, hold the cab for an hour and come back. The driver literally started scolding us that why did we book Ola for the given distance. He said that we would have to pay 170 INR over and above the rates and he would start the journey only on that condition else we should take another mode of transport. We told him that we were getting late and he shouldn’t cheat like this. His response to that was that it was none of his concern. We agreed and continued since we were really getting late. Upon reaching the destination he was asked to wait as discussed while boarding and the tariff rates were being paid for that, but upon finishing our work he was nowhere to be found and when we called him on the number given in the booking message, he answered and lied that we were calling a wrong number. So we had to book another cab and come back. We need you to take strict action on this driver and keep me updated on the same in order to restore the faith of a customer who has been loyal so far.
