i am sharing here my experience with OLA taxi services. OLA is a cab providing company through amobile application.
When You book a cab by a mobile application it shows you the details of drivers and their taxi on your mobile display and ask for confirmation.
After caonfirmation the cab moves towards you and picks up
but the problem is the drivers of cab denied the ride and do not cancels the booking therefore you have to cancel booking and by doing this a cancillation charge is deducted..
this is the rubish thing in OLA
and the drivers of cabs are mostly not of lacality so they dont know the route and moves according to gps which sometimes gets u late.
the payment option is good , after ride you have to pay.
