I booked ola outstation for a 330km journey for 15hrs. Got an estimate of 5500rs. Completed the trip in 13 hrs and 390kms for which I was charged 8500rs. Upon talking to the support team, initially they admitted that there was a mistake with billing and will send the revised invoice soon. One week later, when I called them again, they said that the invoice is correct and I don’t get any refund. They themselves are not clear. Moreover, they don’t give the actual fare while booking. Will show you a small amount which is always lessed than the final bill. I’m never booking ola for outstation. Would suggest the same to my friends n family.
