I have been using almost since inception.The service has been so far so good to me.I live in Kolkata but Since I travel a lot, in many cities like Bangalore I find Ola cabs actually cheaper rate than Kolkata. I use the mobile app.This is very user friendly.Moreover with my experience I can say that its easy to track a ola cab in comparison to Meru or Uber. Recently on 24.12.15 after Christmas eve party at 1:30 I tried to book a Ola cab and instantly got one at 1.1X. The cab came within 7 mins.Though its costlier than yellow taxi but much more comfort & convenient.
