I am a regular rider of these app based cabs. But my experience with Ola is not very good.
I have booked their cab on 18th Sept with ride later option as I was having a flight to catch.
But at last instance the driver cancelled my booking and I was in No man’s land at a last moment. They even did not called and neither they have provided me another cab. I took a prepaid taxi from the taxi stand at double price.
I have also sent a mail to their customer support team but they have not taken any action on the concerned driver and closed my complaint without any action.
So, from that day onwards I have stopped using Ola and infact I am hearing same cases with my colleagues as well.
So, please stop using Ola and show them that they are nothing without common man. They should take our complaints into consideration.
