Hey everyone today I am sharing my experience with Ola’s cab. So, I had a train to catch at 11 pm from Jalandhar City and I had booked an OLA sedan car at 9:30 so I can reach the station at time. I used the app for booking and they said that the driver details would be messaged to me. But I didn’t receive any message and after waiting for almost 25 minutes the taxi didn’t come. Also they are charging extra during night and that is too costly. The OLA drivers behaves rudely and asks for extra commission. I’m never hiring OLA again. They’re just cheaters. Do not hire an OLA taxi if you are in an emergency because the taxi will not come and moreover they will charge you extra. Go for UBER instead. They give better service at an affordable rate.
