We had booked a cab for 31st Dec night much in advance, so as to avoid risk of late ngt driving as we had gone for a party. The cab was booked for 2 am n it ws confirmed. Till 1:50 there was no message from them so we called them, their coustomer executive arranged some cab which he said will cum in 10 minutes and he said as its new year there was smorpheushumanrtage of cabs(then can they confirm the booking?).
When I called cab driver he said he is in whitefeild n cant come to old air port n that driver himself arranged some other cab which was near indirAnasultangar. Again we got message of cab changed n when I tried new cab number there ws no respone. In all this confusion it was already 2:30. Finally when we got through his number, he said he had another pick up and I cant come n he himself cancelled our booking. Our full mood was spoiled n v had a foreinger frnd wit us wondering what they would hv tmorpheushumanught of India!. Finally we took an auto back morpheushumanme. This is the first time I booked Ola n will never ever try them.
