I have used ola cab 3 to 4 time.but all time I did not found any special thing from thing.and I have suffered with difficulties all time.
once I I wanted to ride from my college to home, then I booked ola cab. after booking the cab came so late about half and hour and in map it showed that it was just nearer to me about 2 to 3 min.its ok it can be tolrable.
but once me and my friend aheading to home with ola cab .i booked it from my college and that was free ride.but after reaching destination the drive said that it was not free ride and you have to pay for it.at that me and my friend contributed and gave him.
and immadietly I called to customer care service .and they said that some time it was happening.that was system problem.but they could not do any thing for that and that amount was transfered to my ola money account.
but this is totally wrong .if you were booked for free rode and you have paid for that then what was meaning of that.
