I live in kolkata. I have seen many times most people have ola app installed in there smart phone. I traveled many times in ola and the availability is excellent.
Just we need to tap ride now and confirm it few sec after you see the name of driver phone no .car no amd also location of the car in the gps map. Really excellent service provide by ola. I really like it but think it could be better if the peak pricing charge is low and also dicrese the fare /km
