The way they promote there ads there service are far worst from that. The main disadvantage for this service is the cab drivers, no customers respect and chargs too much.
Couple os month back I was in Delhi in start I took bus or metro but the last day when I was coming back my home I called the Ola cab seriously even I know the way from my place to the railway station around maximum 15 to 20 min distance he thought I was new in Delhi so he took a long way when I said that the way you are going will take a long time he misbehave with me and took more then 30mints and charges was unaceptable.
That was the last time I took the help of Ola cab.
