Guys don’t book cabs with them. Their service is the worst. I booked a cab for 8pm, and I called back them to reconfirm by booking at 7.50, the said it will reach by 8.30pm.
They didn’t even bother to tell me that. At 8.30 when I called them again, they told me that the cab driver is at Koregaon Park, Pune, and it will take another 30-45 min to reach Wagholi, I still said ok.
At 9pm I received a call from driver that he is at Wanowari instead of Wagholi. Its clearly a mismanagement.
When I called them and asked to talk to the Manager, they said you have to call back on Monday if you want to talk to the Manager.
I would suggest never travel with OLA CABS. The are the worst! For your reference- My booking number is CRN5596000
