Unprofessional, Irresponsible and Careless people in OLA.
Ones I booked the cab at 8PM and pick up location was LB shastri nagar. Cab driver called and said he cant come I said ok I will ask OLA people to snd another cab and next cab booking got confirmed and the second call from second driver and his statement was "Do what you can do I cant come there" by that it was 9PM. Latter I called OLA customer care and they replied they will book a cab for 10 PM Confirmed CRN 26528078.
Latter neither driver called nor got a any update about cab late or it will reach or not. This happened to me on 7 Jan 2015. After that I lost faith in OLA. And left using OLA again.
