I had a horrible first time experience with you guys. I have shared your cab before with my colleague but this time I downloaded your app and booked it myself.
Let me describe the incident in detail:
I have booked a cab for 4:45 am on 6th of Oct. I was waiting there exactly at 4:45am and suddenly I received a text saying: "Your cab has arrived on time and thank you for using ola cabs". I was like: "what?" as my cab hasn’t arrived yet. I called up the driver and he told me that he will be there in 10 minutes. But, I was still wondering why I received such message in the first place.
By the time your driver has arrived it was almost 5:02 am(He was 17 minutes late). As soon as he arrived I sat into the cab and he asked me should he press the start button and I nodded yes.
After thinking for a while I gauged your whole system and how OLA works and got that your driver has cheated me by pressing some button in your app that he has arrived on time. I checked the device and to my surprise it was showing 7 minutes of waiting time.
I told him that I am not gonna pay those extra bucks for his mistake and he became so furious. He gave me an ugly face. And I guess this incident made him so frustrated that he started driving damn rash as if he himself was a michael schumacher. I asked him to slow down 3 times but he just didn’t listen at all.

He drove me to the airport 20kms in just 17 minutes and that too through the city in wee hours. You can very well calculate the speed now. After reaching at the airport as if he was doing some great "Ehsaan" on me, he threw 10 bucks back to me saying keep it. I mean what the heck?
So, This is my first time experience and I will make sure everybody in my connection knows about it. This is highly unexpected!

And one more suggestion from myside: Keep some instant feedback option in your App that can help you improve like anything!(As nobody has patience these days to call and wait in the long queue or write an essay like me on FB just to give a feedback. I myself found a time after a week)
