OLA Cabs Worst service provider.
I have booked cab from Somasandra Palya to Yeshwantpur railway station which is 22km via Hosur road and maximum 29 km via outer ring road. Driver took the longest way which is via outer ring road saying full traffic on Hosur road.
They have billed for 39.5km+ 30 min wait time (during traffic). When I asked driver how come its 39.5km. He said "I came from electronic city." another point is that cab was late by 10-15 min. they didn’t calculate that time but calculated for traffic wait time.
Do I supposed to pay money from his start point to my pickup point? Do we supposed to pay for traffic wait time?
when I called OLA service, they said "please pay full amount.
We will give you some credit points which you can use for next ride."

Guys, Please don’t use OLA cabs. They are providing cheap fares just to showoff.
But in real they are making money by fake bills and traffic wait time and longest route.
