Today Morning I Booked OLA cab. To Travel From(Manikonda To Begum Bazaar) Hyderabad. in App They Showed. Its Very Near To Me.With In 3 Min. App Showed. Then I Called To Driver Nearly 7 Times. But The Mobile is Busy. At least Driver Did not called me For Address. 8th time after 10 min mobile connected. And The driver said that. I Don’t Know the Address. And My GPS Is Not Working Properly. Wasted My Time. And Driver Also Not So Good. Vehicle is Not Soo Neat. And Condition Please Try To Use Good Condition Vehicles. For Customer Safety. In Ola Maximum Out Dated Vehicles Are Using. And Very Poor Mobile App. Has To Improve More. In App And Service.
