I was using ola cabs frequently before happening this incident.
Usally in cities we go for a party on weekends.
I had been for the party on the weekend. it was late night party.after party I booked ola cab the cab arrived on time but refused to take me to my destination.
Made me get out of the cab in the middle way giving some bullshit reasons. Because of this I had to wait for hours to get another cab.
I tried callig customer service but it wasn’t connecting.
So it has poor customer service too.
It is ok for a boy to handle this kind of situation at midnight.but imagine this with girl being in this incident.
