I WAS quite impressive when I use OLA App, all ruined when I ride the cab.
As mobile apps & technology can not work on real ground.
Issue regarding CRN: 61243820?(If this msg reaches to OLA)
Facts:
Booked a cab from mobile app, pickup location was JOSHI ROAD, KAROL BAGH, but the driver refused to pick up from this location as per him the are is crowded, still we managed to walk approx 1KM with 1 passenger having some leg injury.(2 girls & 2 boys)
One girl was to be dropped at Rajiv Chowk Metro, hence the car was stopped & after asking from driver the girl opened the gate unfortunately a rash driving auto hit the gate.
Auto hit the car, there is no mistake of us(passengers), still the driver forced us to pay Rs. 8000/- to Rs. 10, 000/- for damage.
Driver was so cheap, vulgar, abusive & taking very rudely even to girls.
The driver parked his car to nearest maruti service center & wasted 2hours of us.
After that we called to 011-33553355 & talked about 35mins to Mr. Akshay.
OLA customer care executive Mr. Akshay, told us to pay Rs. 1700/- to the driver, being minimum damages & ensured us for a confirmation call with in 2 hours & resolving of problem with in 24Hours & refund of money in our bank account.
But still there is no response form OLA.
