I’ve been availing services of Ola Cabs in several cities, but the recent experience today is really disappointing. The cab was ok-ok in terms of cleanliness, but the driver was too arrogant. Despite taking the cab for the most known destination(Hinjewadi), he took a wrong route & when asked about it, he rudely responded about not telling him the route. Also he kept talking on his mobile phone & did not even bother to switch on the AC, which is the basic service included in the charges.
Overall I am dissatisfied with Ola Cabs & not sure if I will ever refer them to anyone. Despite their higher cost per km & the additional per minute charges, their services are horrible. The per minute charge has caused deliberate slow driving & taking longer routes, which has to be controlled by Ola, else the business model will not sustain.
