I want to complaint against Ola Cab Delhi. I booked a cab from Janakpuri to Shalimar bagh. The driver reached as scheduled at 6P.M. on 20th October 2013 and covered a distance of 13.9 km in One and half hour and charged Rs 373/- while according to ola cabs the rate is Rs 21/- per km which comes to Rs 292/- for 13.9 Km. When asked the driver informed that the taxi was in jam on roads and hence they have charged for waiting of 41 minutes on the basis of Rs 2 per minute.
He asked to contact Customer care of Ola Cabs. When I asked the customer care attendant he also informed the same thing. This is a fraud of Ola Cabs. I request you to look into the matter so that the customers are not harassed like me. I had to pay Rs 373/- for no fault of mine. The CRN No. is 3349870.
The driver’s name was Mr Dharmender whose mobile no. was 9811486872 and the cab was Maruti swift dzire DL 01YD5460.
