It was my 4 days back personal experience.
On 15th April 2016 I was travelling from Andheri East to Mumbadevi temple by ola cab. My normal route to go to temple is through sea link and Chowpatty hardly 40 mins max.
It was bank holiday. And my estimation was roughly not more than 600/- but Ola invented new route through Senapathy Bapat marg, plaza and then Lower Parel, j.j. Flyover through out traffic. I asked driver to change the route I got answer that they can’t . It’s not allowed. It took me to reach 1.5 hrs to temple and the bill was awesome 1340/- which is inclusive of 20% surcharge. Now guys request you all do not hire ola cab as it is fraud and hidden terrif. Very sad that how come any company can exploit normal people. Please do not use ola cab.
