This is to bring to your notice Even after setting up the drop location driver deny to drop me to my desired location reason wan area not under ola jurisdiction. He offer me rs. 22 per km ride. I accepted it but he informed us that I need to pay 100 rs for booking OLA. I told him then drop us to desired location if I had to pay minimum location. For this he told us to get out of the cab and ola will give him his money. This is an very unprofessional behavior. I had to get out of the cab midway with my family. Which was very embarrassing for us.
Need clarification from your team.
If I already given the drop location before booking the cab then why it was accepted.
Why driver didnt asked for drop location and he started the meter. For 2 min of journey why I should pay rs 100.
Why he offer me rs 22/KM. Is their any such policy exit with your driver I wanted to know.
If I has travel only for 2 min why it is showing 15 min. For proof I has called your customer care immediately why I alighted from cab.
This is a very unprofessional behavior.
