I hired OLA cab from Mumbai Airport on 11.1.18 when my Ola money balance was Rs.431.The cost of my ride was Rs.673. When my ride ended at Hiranandani Estate, the payable amount was displayed Rs.673, whereas the amount should have been Rs. 242(i.e. 673-431). I had to pay entire amount Rs.673 in cash. When I checked my OLA money balance on 16.1.18 it was Rs.0, since part of my ride money Rs.431 was also deducted from my OLA account in addition to my full cash payment of Rs. 673. I complained about this to Customer Care & the Ola driver on 16.1.18, when they accepted it was their fault but no one is willing to return me the excess payment of Rs.431. Since I have been cheated by the company, so I advise others not to avail Ola services when other options are available, I consider Ola services are not professional at all.
