After getting frustrated with unrealistic prices by auto drivers who barely ever follow the meter and BS cab services like wings radio cabs who run on gas, have terrible cabs and charge VIP prices, I was so damn relieved to have been introduced to OLA cabs. They have an excellent mobile platform. Though the app sometimes has location issues but otherwise everything is great. The online payment is the best since it prevents any cash dealings with the drivers.
Also the cab drivers themselves are way more professional than that of radio taxis. The cab conditions are also usually very good. But sometimes the drivers turn out a bit crappy but I guess exceptions are everywhere. However their customer care is really helpful and after every cab service their app takes a feedback rating.
