Ola was good earlier but these days the service is getting worse. Since the past few days 17 out of 27 pickups have been cancelled . And during emergencies these issues became serious. One of my members of family was sick and the ola drivers were cancelling my rides. As I can’t drive, I had to literally run on roads for an auto. Another time was when I had to drop my kids at school. 3rd was when I had official emergency and so on. I hope there is a way to reduce these cancellations. Right now I can’t rely on ola during emergencies. This review should be treated as an opportunity for improvement only.
