I have been a great admirer of these ola cabs, recently they introduced some new Ola autos and unlike other private autos, they charge according to metres only and also their service is very nice. I booked ola cab couple of times and i’m completely satisfied with the quality of cars and their service.
But the bad thing that I feels is that now we can’t book the cab via phone and we need to have smart phone with good internet connection, especially 3g connection as I use to have 2G connection and I never got to manage to book the cab via 2G connection. Their app doesn’t work with 2G connections and sometimes at peak times, it shows some trouble.
