The very first thing about this taxi service that I don’t like at all is the pricing . It really needs upliftment and customer friendly to be made.
The service is good but as you know a little expectation will always be there no matter how good service you get you will always want the price to be lower.
Once a situation happened that imy train was late so I reached the destination at 1 am night and I was able to find any transportation service there so I planned to book ola cab but I was not able find one as there was no ola cabs in the 1km radius so unfortunately I have to spend that night on the railway station itself
