Ola Cabs is one of the worst cab service .the driver are very rude and sometimes they refuse to come because of which the user have to pay fine of rupees 50.last time I booked an ola lux cab but the driver after 10 minutes told that he is sleeping because of which I have to cancle my cab AND later I found that I have to pay rupees 50 as a fine along with the cost of my next ride.the promo code which they send in the sms never ever ever works. So IF YOU ASK ME ABOUT SERVICE THEN IT’S A BIG NO FROM MY SIDE
