Though, I felt its surge prices are ok, but, after UBER entry I started ignoring this. If your city has no UBER, then OLA will be your best choice.Remember, 1. their customer support is not very easy to access and not very effective. You hardly get quick responses.2. Always make sure that cabs are avaikable in your place before half an hour if you know about your trip in advnce.
