It was 12:00 in the midnight and these non-professional guys left us stranded without a courtesy message. period.
Recently booked it for its Cheap Rates Show-Off and probably thought its good, While the Booking for to-destination was okay as the driver knew the closest Route but no Idea of Traffic blockages or Route construction going onto that part of area I overlooked it .
But for my fro-destination back to my home . got a message that cab is upgraded before I could think of anything called driver only to know its cancelled .so kept waiting around more than half an hour to recieve any other message. nor the message neither driver ever arrived.
Called the support only to know that the booking is cancelled without letting me know early as a courtesy and the support guy horribly trying to convince me that this happens cos of cheapo rates . and I should have booked a sedan .
