I am very much disappointed with services ola is providing.it is not a miss management at single level, thou it sounds a beat rude I am going to show how you make fault at multiple levels.
Short one:
1) they take very less time to pick up there customer very nice
2) there drivers are rude no genralization here my personal experience.
3) there driver thinks they can outsmart the clients.maybe not, not with us.
4) there app is faulty a serious bug of not matching exception of drivers.
5) there customercare tried to rule on to there client.come on! You can not do that in this buisness model.
6) there was lack of belief for ola eco system in drivers attitude.
7) they are good in waving the trip money thank you.however, I believe they should take money and work to improve our experience.
