Recently Ola Cabs has introduced the Ride time charge in every ride. They have started quietly cheating and looting Customers by slashing the minimum Ola Mini rates to be Rs.80 from Rs.100 and quietly introducing the Ride time charge to be Rs. 1 per minute. This means every minute you are sitting in the cab you are paying for it from the time you start the trip till the end.
This means that this company called OLA who claim that the rates that they offer is the most cheapest is not any more cheaper. If you know the Bangalore traffic then Ola certainly has done it on how to loot customers by introducing the Ride time charge.
I have uninstalled the Ola App as well as I have decided not to use OLA ever after as this is basically looting customers quietly. Beware all and know this extra charge that you will see in your bill while using OLA!
