On 3rd Oct 2021 I travelled by ola from Palam to Kirti Nagar. The drivers insisted to pay the fare cash due to late payment to drivers by ola if payment made on line. I paid cash, but now also on Ola app, the payment being pending and I am not able to book the Ola cab. Instead of making timely payment to drivers or guiding drivers to charge only online, Ola is harassing the customer due to their own dishonesty as still they are showing the payment due which is already made cash?
