What a worst and junkyard service Pune has got in Ola. This is my second worst experience with Ola forcing me to write a review. If you have booked an OLA cab then be prepared with unpleasant surprises and worst experience.To start with Drivers are so rude and aggressive, they just remind me of Delhi’s notorious saga with cabs. Probably full of rapist, dacoits and gundas. The sevices also of the worst quality with last minute cancellation and refusal to go.
Once we booked a cab for 2 am(late night) for catching a train and and they cancelled the cab just 30 min before.imagine youselves stuck in such a situation with old parents and kids. I had to take out my own car in the middle of night and leave at the mercy of railway parking for 12 days. I had to pay 1400 for the parking.
Again today I booked a cab for railway station drop for my old parents and the cab came and in the last minute says I will not go inside the station and drop you out at the gate with all your luggage.
Is it a service or a torture. I will be going to Police and file a complaint for all that I got is inconvience and some phony execuse and meaningless sorry from a english speaking representative. My suggestion is to book OLA cab at your own risk.
