I booked cab twice today in the morning and both the times driver denied of coming. There app showed, I will be charged Rs. 25 if I book third time. I agree, it is customers mistake if they cancel the ride once or twice. But what if when your drivers are denying of their service? Am I responsible for your mismanagement and irresponsible drivers? Why should a customer pay when the service is cancelled by your own company?
Thankfully, I got a cab in Uber and that too at cheaper fares. Nice service by Uber!
